Pink red foiled Rock Crystal Antique Georgian pendant cuff link button engraved silver and 22k yellow gold rare

Large rare Georgian pink/red foiled rock crystal antique pendant crafted in silver with a 22k yellow gold bail. The faceted rock crystal is 16mm in diameter, clear with its pink/red foil underneath. It is set in typical Georgian fashion cut down/rub over setting. It has a lovely engraved bombed back, depth is 8mm (front to back). The bezel tests as silver and the large bail is 22k yellow gold, soldered shut, the inside of the bail is 5.5mm Together with the 22k yellow gold bail, it drops at 25mm, it is perfect by itself on a simple chain and is very versatile to mix with other pendants, fancy bails etc The paste button was most likely from a pair of Georgian cufflinks. It bares signs of its long journey through time since the late 1700s, the stone has some grazing but no crack, please refer to photos and video! It weighs 3.5 grams Thanks for reading!
